Culinary Uses: pesto, pastas, salads, dressings, dried as herb

Storage: refrigerate, unwashed in tightly sealed container

Pesto Dressing

Recipe type: dressing

Serves: 3-4

Ingredients

  • Fresh basil, large handful

  • 1/2 cup walnuts

  • 1 or 2 lemons, juiced

  • 1 garlic clove, chopped

  • 1/4 cup water, more or less

  • Ground pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Blend everything in a high speed blender. Add water if needed.
